Can I white-label the platform?

Reports carry your branding and contact details. The platform itself shows the Povenos interface. Full white-label is available on Premier tier.

What is the minimum commitment for the Reseller tier?

One active client on the Program plan or above. There is no seat minimum and no annual revenue commitment to start.

Who handles client support?

Reseller partners own Tier 1 support. We handle platform issues, outages, and technical escalations. You handle scenario questions and delivery.

Can I use Povenos in a managed service contract?

Yes. Many partners bundle Povenos simulation runs into IR retainer or vCISO contracts. We can provide a partner order form that fits standard MSA structures.

How quickly can a client be live?
