These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Povenos platform, including the website at povenos.io and all related services operated by Povenos, Inc.

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You may use Povenos to build, test, and validate operational procedures through structured simulations. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to use the platform to conduct unauthorized security testing against third-party systems, to distribute malicious content, or to violate any applicable law or regulation.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all actions taken under your account.

We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these terms or that are inactive for an extended period.

You retain ownership of all policy content, procedures, and organizational data you provide to the platform. Povenos does not claim ownership of your content.

The platform, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Povenos, Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Simulation records, policy documents, and execution evidence are stored with tenant-level isolation and encryption.

Your content is never used to train models or shared across tenants.

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

Povenos provides the platform on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Povenos shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
