This Privacy Policy describes how Povenos, Inc. collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Povenos platform and website.

Account information. Name, email address, and organization name on signup. Billing information via payment processor for paid plans.

Platform usage. Simulation sessions, policy interactions, and feature usage to improve the product and support.

Policy and simulation data. Your policies, simulation records, execution logs, and evidence reports stored in your tenant.

To operate and improve the platform, provide support, communicate about your account, and ensure security and compliance.

We do not sell personal information or use your policy, simulation data, or execution records for model training.

Tenant data is isolated at the data layer. No shared state between organizations. Cross-tenant access is not configurable.

AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit. Encryption keys managed via AWS KMS with tenant-scoped policies.

Data retained while your account is active or as needed for service delivery. Request deletion anytime.

Deletion within 30 days of written request with written confirmation.

Limited third-party services for infrastructure (AWS), payments (Stripe), and analytics, bound by data processing agreements with no access to simulation or policy data.

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

Request access, correction, or deletion of personal information anytime. Request data in portable format.
